A special exhibit centered around the Tango-no-Sekku, or Boys' Festival, after which the National Holiday of Children's Day on May 5th was determined. A great collection of donated "Gogatsu Ningyo" (Miniature Samurai Armor Dolls) and related decorations, including earthenware dolls and other artifacts are all put on display. Parents and kids can try handicrafts together at the hands-on corner or take photos with the samurai cutout board in the photo corner.
