The Unmissable Early-Blooming Plum Trees of Toyohashi!

The Mukaiyama Ryokuchi Park is a majestic 13,000m2 green area located on a mesa looming over the city of Toyohashi and is home to some 400 plum and cherry trees (sakura and ume) of 29 different varieties, with a mix of early, mid and late bloomers. As such, it is possible to enjoy about a whole month of plum tree blossoms – one of the reasons this park is so famous.
