A Summer Tale Enduring Since the Taisho Era

Noryo Festival is a traditional event of Toyohashi-City that is highly esteemed by its citizens and, as such, succeeded in enduring through the years since its inception during the Taisho period of Japan.
A great crowd gathers during these evening events to catch goldfishes at the Kingyo-sukui, fish at the Yo-Yo Tsuri, try out the shooting range Shateki, or stop at any of the over 200 yatai stalls that provide all kinds of traditional Japanese arcade amusement! Take a stroll there with friends or family and have a memorable experience!
The term "noryo" carries the meaning of "refreshing after the heat," related to the cooler air at twilight time.
