Toyohashi-City Fire Festival (Hono-no-Saiten) - November Fire Dance (Shimotsuki-Hono-no-Mai)

Date : Nov. 22 and Nov. 24, 2019

  • Fire Festival (Hono-no-Saiten)

Usually it is only possible to see "tezutsu" hand-held fireworks at their place of origin in Toyohashi-City during specific events and rituals, which have strictly set annual calendars. However, off-season exhibition sessions have been specially scheduled for two days at iconic Yoshida Castle, in downtown Toyohashi, in the scope of the Aichi Destination Campaign attractions.
Also enjoy "wadaiko" Japanese drum performances, photo shoot sessions, and free servings of "miso-oden," a traditional cold-weather food.

General Admission Seats Sold Out.
Please Apply for a Fire Festival Official Tour Package or AICHI 2019 Destination Campaign SHUYU BUS Tickets.
