Have a weekend making and flying kites at the 138 Tower Park in Ichinomiya-City! You may fly an already made one (free of charge) or take part in the workshop for crafting your own Japanese "Tako" kite (requires small fee). Other activities such as challenge for lifting daisy-chained kites, and Japanese "Taiko" drum performances will complete the fun!

The 138 Tower Park is also known by its official name: Kokuei Kiso Sansen Koen, literally "Kiso Three Rivers National Park". This majestic place is the largest urban park in Japan with awesome 6,107 hectares (top of the Urban Park category as ranked by the Ministry of Land and Infrastructure - National Forest Reserves and National Forest Parks are not included). Additionally, the area encompassed by this park overlaps three prefectures, Aichi, Gifu and Mie.

2-Kite Flying Experience
Famous kite-makers from all over the country will fly their hand-made creations. Guests will be able to take temporary control of the airborne kites.
