The Dolls' Alleys - Hina Meguri Stroll (Ningyo Komichi Hina Meguri)

In the weekends preceding and after the Hina Festival Day (March 3rd), households in the neighborhood of the famous Hina Dolls store Yoshihama Ningyo place their Hina decorations near the entrance so passers-by are able to enjoy all of them, in what is known as "Ningyo Komichi" (The Dolls' Alleys). Then, 15 local children selected in a draw are dressed in miniature traditional garments of old Japan and do a procession in the nearby streets. An extremely cute event to commemorate the Girl's Day, in this renowned Dolls' Town!
