An expansive exhibition of Hina Festival objects from various historic periods

At this event, the Honjin building that was used as inn for the Daimyo lords transforms into a great display of Hina Dolls in several of their variations: Goten Kazari, Shichidan Kazari, Ichimatsu and Tenjin dolls, all decorating the spaces with hundreds of Tsurushikazari hanging decorations. And at the adjacent Museum building, see old Hina Dolls from the Edo Period, as well as the larger Dairibina and other items such as Ukiyo-e themed on Hina Dolls, earthenware dolls, and much more,

1-Turn Into Princesses and Princes Experience
(Ohimesama, Otonosama ni Naro)
Wear traditional royal garments and take pictures! Don't forget the camera!
Dates: February 3rd (Sat), 10th (Sat) to 12th (Mon-holiday),17th (Sat), 24h (Sat); March 3rd (Sun), 14th (Sat)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM / 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Target: Girls 90-130cm tall and boys 100-120cm tall (not the currently wearing clothes size, but the actual height)
Fee: Free of charge (requires admission to the museum purchased separately)
First come-first served basis. In case multiple visitors appear at once in a short period of time, all guests will be asked to wait in line.

2-Hina Arare Snack Distribution
February 25th (Sunday) from 10:00 AM
Giveaway to the first 300 guests (of Junior High School ages or younger).
*: On February 25th, admission is free of charge for guests of Senior High School ages or younger.

3-Gagaku Musical Performance
March 3rd (Saturday) from 11:00 AM and 13:30

4-Koto Recital
March 10th (Saturday) from 2:00 PM

5-Hina Origami Folded Paper Crafting
Date: February 11th (Sunday)

Limited to 10 guests/session (first come-first served on the day of the event).

6-Face Painting
