A famous illumination spot of Aichi Prefecture, the 138 Tower Park, home to Twin Arch 138 tower, is a symbol of the City of Ichinomiya. Starting about a month before Christmas with the illumination lighting ceremony inside the extensive park, this has become a popular spot for winter outings. The illumination that decorates 138 Tower Park in winter is called Twin Arch's Merry Christmas and this year the theme is “Restart -Reawaken Your Dreams-.” Consequently, the themes of the various areas within the park are also words that start with “Re-.” Once the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has ended, there are surely people you want to meet, places you want to go, and things you want to do. Illumination decorations made up of around 300,000 lights are used to express the feeling of "resting your broken wings until they heal and then moving towards your dreams once more with all your strength."
