See the illumination before its event period even starts. The park's visitation hours are extended to 8:00 pm on November 9 with anyone free to come and enjoy the view.

Notes:
• 138 Twin Arch observation tower offers its illumination only and no admission.

Guided illumination tour
Date and time: From 5:00 pm (approx. 30 min.); Thu, Nov 9
Meeting area: In front of the entrance to 138 Twin-Arch
A guide offers insight on the must-see spots during the illumination. Note that numerous reporters from mass media and social media will be taking pictures of the park for use in publications.

Observation tower quiz with gifts
Date and time: Everyday, 5:00 pm–9:00 pm (admission until 8:30 pm); Sat, Nov 11–Mon, Dec 25
Venue: Twin Arch 138 observation tower (quiz sheet and submission box available on the first floor)
Take a quiz on the illumination event. Thirty participants passing the quiz are entered into a drawing to receive a traditional, ornately patterned pottery plate gift meant to offer happiness!
Price: Free (admission to the observation tower required)

Instagram illumination photo contest
Application period: Sat, Nov 11–Thu, Nov 30
Post pictures of the illumination and face-in-hole props with the hashtag "#138つながる笑顔". Twenty applicants will be selected to receive a traditional, ornately patterned pottery plate gift meant to offer happiness! Photos are also put on display at Twin Arch 138.
