Enjoy the Gorgeous Contrast Between Sakura Cherry Blossoms and Rapeseed Flowers Along a Picturesque River!
This event gives you the chance to enjoy the Kawazu sakura cherry trees and rapeseed flowers blooming along the Memedagawa River in Tahara-City. The stores and streets in Fukue (which extend along the river) are decorated with hanging ornaments based on the Hina Dolls Festival Day called "tsurushi bina" that children from local nursery schools make by hand. There are also lots of stalls and events to enjoy on Saturdays and Sundays while walking along the river.
