Designated as one of Japan's Top 100 Cherry Blossom viewing spots, over two kilometers of Nagoya's Yamazaki River is lined on both sides with large, lush cherry trees, and the walkway along the river is also lined with cherry blossoms, adding to your enjoyment. During the days when the blossoming reaches its peak, a section of the length is lit up with artificial illumination, turning the place into a wonderful sight even on evenings. Access is easy, only a 20 min. subway ride from Nagoya Station, then a 15 min. walk from Mizuho Kuyakusho Station.
