TOKONAME STORE, bringing a new concept on Tokoname-ware Pottery

Under the red roof tiles of a big warehouse in Tokoname-City, three smaller houses, painted bright white each.
The first one is MOM Kitchen, where the “Kamamoto” (lit. “kiln place”) company, Yamagen Toen, sells its Tokoname-ware pieces and their newer, also beautiful, direct-fired “VISION GLASS” products.
Right besides it, it’s the WORKSHOP. The whole family can sit and enjoy doing their own pieces of pottery at this well-equipped studio. It also serves as rental space for all sorts of artistic activities.
Last but not least, it’s the STAND, where you can relax while sipping a tasty cup of your beverage of choice, with its own assortment of original coffee blends.

Adults, kids, even ninjas will enjoy the TOKONAME STORE!

TOKONAME STORE

The hands-on experience corner at the WORKSHOP of TOKONAME STORE is a place where even kids will find fully enjoyable, without much complicated steps. There is an extensive variety of colors available, certainly able to appease all tastes. After the creations are done, the shop will fire them and ship to the guest’s address.
In order to take part at the experience sessions, the shop asks for reservations to be made, informing name, desired date and number of participants, by mail, telephone or internet form. Applications on the day may also be accommodated if openings are available.
