Nanohana Rapeseed in Full Bloom Announce the Arrival of Spring

The Kuroda Nanohana Rapeseed Blossoms Festival is held in Shinshiro-City in early March. See the flowers, planted and cared for by the Shinshiro Nanohana Network Council, bloom beautifully and proudly. In addition to the beautiful scenery, check out the agricultural products and local specialties on sale, flower arrangement experiences, and more.

Flower Arrangement Experience

Times: 10:30 AM to 12:10 PM, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM for 10 people each time
Place: Kuroda Shuraku Center
Fee: 1,000 yen

    From Shinshiro Station of the JR Iida Line(board from Toyohashi Station, in turn reachable by JR Tokaido Main Line or Meitetsu Nagoya Line from Nagoya Station), take the Shinshiro S Bus Nakauri Line 中宇利線 bound for Obata 小畑, get off at Kuroda 黒田 and walk 15 min. (1.3km) northeastwards.
