Nanohana Rapeseed in Full Bloom Announce the Arrival of Spring

The Kuroda Nanohana Rapeseed Blossoms Festival is held in Shinshiro-City in early March. See the flowers, planted and cared for by the Shinshiro Nanohana Network Council, bloom beautifully and proudly. In addition to the beautiful scenery, check out the agricultural products and local specialties on sale, flower arrangement experiences, and more.

Flower Arrangement Experience

Times: 10:30 AM to 12:10 PM, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM for 10 people each time
Place: Kuroda Shuraku Center
Fee: 1,000 yen
