Toyota-City Inabu Festival

An event open to everyone, where guests can join in on a dance energized by Japanese taiko drums and other traditional musical accompaniments. As one of the biggest events in the city of Toyota's Inabu area, it culminates in a gorgeous conclusion of fireworks before your eyes and amid the backdrop of Inabu's beautiful mountains.

◆Event schedule◆

6:00 pm: Opening
6:10 pm: Taiko drum performances by areas around Inabu (Kuwahara, Busetsu, Inabu)
6:40 pm: Dancing
7:10 pm: Fireworks
7:50 pm: Dancing
8:20 pm: Inabu mawari taiko Drummers dancing around to different stationary drums while keeping the rhythm)
8:50 pm: Conclusion

    Access by public transport
    From Nagoya Station, board the Higashiyama Subway Line and get off at Fushimi Station. Change trains to the Tsurumai Line bound for Toyotashi. (You may also take the train on the same line bound for Akaike, but waiting for the Toyotashi-bound train is a better option as you will not need to change trains again at Akaike.) Get off at Toyotashi Station and, from East Gate Bus Platform No. 1, board the Toyota Oiden Bus's Inabu–Asuke Line (稲武・足助線 Inabu-Asuke Sen) bound for Dongurinoyu-Mae (どんぐりの湯前), which is your destination.
