A Japanese iris illumination

The Japanese Iris Garden of Higashi Park in the city of Okazaki was created in 1964 with an approximate 2,900 m2 expansive premises featuring 10 thousand irises of nearly 120 varieties. The view is so spectacular that each year people come from far and wide to see the flowers' announcement of the summer season.
Take part in a hands-on greenification workshop on Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26, or enjoy stage events and food trucks scheduled to take place.
