This year, to celebrate Taketoyo-Town's 65th year as a municipality, the fireworks show will be held at the Taketoyokita Wharf Area!

The fireworks launching is traditionally done from the strait above the Kinuura Tunnel and features large-sized star mines that reflect on the calm waters of the canal to romantic and fantastic effect. Getting as close to the sea as possible to watch this show is highly recommended.
