An Astounding Display of 3,000 Lanterns!

Denpark holds the Mid-Autumn Twinkle Festival, an event commemorating the arrival of autumn with thousands of lanterns made with either bamboo or candle art. Try the delicious dishes for sale and be amazed by the Japanese drumming performances! Hours are extended until 8:00 PM during the festival period.

    •From Nagoya Station, take the JR Tokaido Main Line, alight at Anjo Station and take the Ankuru Bus Junkan Line (循環線 Loop Line) No. 0 (either clockwise or counterclockwise). Get off at Anjo Kosei Byoin (安城更生病院 Anjo Kosei Hospital) to change buses for the Nanbu Line (南部線 South Area Line) No. 3, riding it approx. 25 min. and getting off at Denpark.
    •From Nagoya Station, take the Meitetsu Nagoya Line, alight at Shin-Anjo Station to change trains for the Meitetsu Nishio Line. Alight at Sakurai Station and take the Ankuru Bus Sakurai-Nishi Line (桜井西線) No. 9, riding it approx. 8 min. and getting off at Denpark.
    *: Last bus for JR Anjo Station departs Denpark at 5:10 PM.
