"Hina Ningyo" Dolls and "Tsurushi Hina" Hanging Mobiles decorate each one of the Handa Warehouses Town's touristic facilities for this year's Hina Festival.
During the festival's period, admission to both MIZKAN MUSEUM and Kunizakari Sake-no-Bunkakan Museum, which usually requires reservations, is open for free visitation. The Handa Akarenga Red Brick Building holds its monthly open market, and the Handa Canal Warehouses Market (Handa Unga no Kura no Ichi) takes place in the open spaces around the Former Nakano Hanroku Residence.
The annual procession of girls celebrating Hina Festival, the "Jusan Mairi" (Procession of the Thirteen), is also an interesting event.
Experience the local snacks and foods at both "Haru-no-Kamosudon" Fair and the "Handa Tabearuki Sweets" (Handa Eat-While-Strolling Sweets) events, which will make your visit even more enjoyable.
