Moss Pink Covering a Wide Slope as Far as the Eye Can See.

At an elevation of 1,358 meters, Mt. Chausu Plateau's Shibazakura-no-oka Hill has seven varieties of moss pink.
From May to June, the Shibazakura Festival (Moss Pink Festival) is held when the flowers are in full bloom. The pink, white, light blue, and purple flowers cover a hillside area of about 22,000 square meters.
You can take pictures among the flowers or from above while riding the sightseeing ski lift. Many visitors come to see the flower field that expands as far as you can see.
