This Hana Festival is held in the open air!

The Kochi Hana Festival is held on the open air grounds of the Kochi Nagamine Shrine, which makes it unique. The demons will lacerate the beehive with their spears, and it is said that keeping fallen bits of it in the wallet will free the person from financial problems for the year.

    From Toyohashi Station, take the JR Iida Line and alight at Toei Station, take the Toei Line Bus and get off at Nanebashi and walk 10 min. southwestwards

    At the Hamamatsu-Inasa Junction of the New Tomei Expressway, change to the San-en-Nanshin Expressway. Upon exiting at Horaikyo I.C., head north by the Route 151 for approx. 8.6 km (10 min.) then turn left at the Hongo crossing to enter Route 74, following it for 4.5 km (8 min.)
