See, Touch, Feel, Battle. An Experiential Event That's Fun for the Whole Family.

An event of martial history military entertainment, befitting of Aichi, the Home of the Samurai. Enjoy the whole universe of samurai and ninjas while playing and experiencing what life was like in the Sengoku, or Warring States, period. This autumn, round up the family and march, onward to Odaka Ryokuchi Greens!

Aichi Prefecture is the Home of the Samurai, where countless important samurai of the Sengoku period were born, including the three utterly famous Heroes of Japan's Toitsu Unification: Nobunaga, Hideyoshi and Ieyasu! At this "Homeland of the Samurai," the Samurai & Ninja Festival 2022 will be a great event themed on all things Samurai, where kids can dress as Ninjas at the "Narikiri" Experience, watch thrilling live fire matchlock demonstrations, enjoy live stages of ninja and samurai teams from all over the country and much more. A whole day of guaranteed fun for the whole family!

Event Contents

■Stage Events
Astounding martial acrobatics and thematic dance choreography in a beautiful performance by the samurai and ninja groups from across the country. Lots of entertainment also with the collaborative stages showing the association of characters that will give wings to the imagination!

■Field Event
•Hinawaju Matchlock Live Fire Show
Live fire performance show of Hinawaju matchlock arquebuses demonstrating a variety of types of weapons that both instigate the curiosity for these historic relics and make the soul tremble with their deafening blasts!

■Samurai & Ninja Experience Program
Dive into the ninja world by experiencing many elements of the ninja culture! Wildly popular among the smaller kids, these attractions make their way to Odaka Greens!

■Online Program
Programs such as online broadcasts of Ninja School stage performances and behind-the-scenes with ninja groups will be held this year.

■Other Attractions
