Operated jointly by the 17 companies that form the Toyota Group, the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology celebrates its 24th Anniversary, completed on June 11th of 2018, with a special event, the Nori-Nori Weekend.

Nori-Nori Weekend - Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology

Two days with lots of interesting attractions sure to keep adults and kids both entertained and enlightened, such as riding or just watching classic cars that can still move with their own power, handicraft workshops and much more! Gather family and friends and head down to the museum for a fun weekend!

Program

•AA Class Car & G1 Class Truck - Running Demonstration
1st - 10:00 AM; 2nd - 11:50 AM; 3rd - 2:00 PM
*: Cancels in case of rain.

•1st Generation Crown, 1st Generation Corolla, 1st Generation Celica - Passenger's Ride
-Numbered tickets distribution (South Gate):
1st - From 9:30 AM; 2nd - From 12:50 PM
*: Distribution to be held even under rain.
-Ride Time:
1st - 10:20 AM to 11:50 AM; 2nd - 2:20 PM to 3:50 PM
-Number of Participants:
1st - Crown and Celica, 20 groups each; 2nd - Crown and Corolla, 20 groups each
*: Rides cancel in case of rain, but participants will be allowed to take pictures inside the specially built booth - pictures inside the vehicles will be allowed for participants holding the numbered tickets.
*: Maximum of 4 guests per group. Children must be at least 110cm tall for the ride.

•Handicraft Experience! Making Tapestry
-Numbered tickets distribution (Entrance Lobby):
1st - From 9:15 AM; 2nd - From 12:50 PM
-Hands-on Time:
1st - 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM; 2nd - 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM
*: Requires 500 yen fee. Maximum of 32 guests (Morning Session) and 40 guests (Afternoon Session).

•Tanken Adventure! Stamp Rally
Reception from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Start at the Entrance Lobby and Goal at the Main Hall)

    •20min (1.6km) northwards walk from Nagoya Station, or;
    •9min (750m) northwards walk from Exit 1 of Kamejima Station of the subway Higashiyama Line (board the train bound for Takabata from Nagoya Station), or;
    •5min (400m) southeastwards walk from Sako Station of the Meitetsu Nagoya Line (board any Regular "Futsu" service train bound for Ichinomiya, Gifu or Inuyama from Meitetsu Nagoya Station).
