Lots of Merchants and the Perfect Air for a Date!

Every year in early summer the city of Tahara in the Atsumi Peninsula holds the Tahara Nightly Street Market (Tahara-no-Yomise). Every Saturday after 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM (the start time varies depending on the venue), a part of the city hosts the event. It's a great opportunity to enjoy the refreshing evening air, walk among the merchant stalls, eat the local food, watch musical and cultural performances and much more. Please observe the different places and times.
