All the Attractions of Toei-cho in a Single Event!

Right before the season of the Hana Festivals, at the Toei Dome facility, the largest annual event of the picturesque village starts for a whole day of interesting attractions that so much characterize this place of deeply rooted culture! On this occasion, visitors are able to see a summarized version of the Hana Festival folkloric dances, watch chainsaw art performances, find tasty local snacks and watch a thrilling show by the Japanese drums group, "Shidara"!

    Access by public transport
    From Toei Station of the JR Iida Line (board from Toyohashi Station, in turn reachable by JR Tokaido Main Line or Meitetsu Nagoya Line from Nagoya Station), take the Toei Line Bus #3 (東栄線 Toei Sen) (11 min. ride, 100 yen) and get off at Hongo (本郷). Walk 3 min. (230m) southwards (going the bus route backwards, turning left on Route 151 and then left again), then walk eastwards 5 min. (400m) (at the crossroads, keep going uphill aiming for the large white building of the Hanamatsuri Hall).

    Coming by the Shin-Tomei Expressway, change to the San-en-Nanshin Expressway (Toll-Free Zone) at Hamamatsu-Inasa Junction. Upon exiting Horaikyo I.C., head north by Route 151 for approx. 12.2km (15 min.). BEFORE the Hongo crossing, turn right (look for the white sign indicating the Toei Green House, Hanamatsuri Hall and Okumikawa Youth House - turn right 30m after the sign). Follow this road for 300m and, at the crossroads, keep going uphill aiming for the large white building of the Hanamatsuri Hall.
