Mikawa-Anjo Station

Of the Tokaido Shinkansen bullet train lines, the Kodama is the only one that stops at Mikawa-Anjo Station. From here you can travel to the beautiful flower gardens of Anjo Industry Culture Park Denpark or Japanese garden Jozan-En. Convenient for traveling around the Western Mikawa area, make your way to Okazaki Castle in Okazaki City, Toyota City where the head office of Toyota Motor Corporation is located, Kariya City, and elsewhere. Other noteworthy places in this area include museums about Nishio City’s matcha green tea, Hekinan City’s breweries which produce key ingredients like mirin, or Tahara City’s ceramic roof tiles.
