  • Fried prawn sandwich

Selling the renowned and innovative “Ebi Furai Sando”, or Deep-Fried Prawn Sandwich, a unique idea at the time of its creation, Konparu is one of the oldest cafés of Nagoya-City. Since its foundation in 1947 soon after the end of WWII, its existence became the model from which all other shops were modeled.

Besides the shrimp sandwich, several other items of the menu are unique and will provide a nice gourmet experience, such as the ice coffee, which you have to pour yourself on the provided glass full of ice.

Try the great variety of sandwiches and savor their delicious beverages. For added experience points, look specifically for the headquarters shop in Osu Shopping District.
